This is our core engagement, designed for innovative leadership teams (2-5 members) who understand that their culture is their ultimate competitive advantage.

The Premise:

The alignment, resilience, and presence of the leadership team dictates the entire company's performance. We don't just "fix" a culture; we discover the leadership consciousness that allows a thriving culture to emerge naturally. This 90-day intensive provides the structure, tools, and deep facilitation necessary to build that foundation.

The 90-Day Process:

Phase 1: Foundation. We begin with private, 1-on-1 deep-dive sessions with each leader, followed by the co-creation of your draft of your "Culture Blueprint".

Phase 2: The Full-Day Intensive. An 8-hour, off-site workshop where we deepen your vision, uncover the unconscious blocks to achieving it, and build the practical rituals for a new way of operating.

Phase 3: Integration. Three 90-minute follow-up calls over 90 days to support the real-world implementation of your new cultural framework.

The Key Deliverable:

You will receive your Living Culture OS, a comprehensive playbook for your vision, values, rituals, and boundaries. This OS is also structured to serve as the foundational dataset for an internal 'Culture AI Agent,' a scalable tool for your company's growth.
