We collect information necessary to provide our high-touch Services to you, the "Client Company," and your participating employees ("Participants").

Application & Proposal Data: Information you provide when you apply for our Services, including contact names, email addresses, and answers to questions designed to assess our fit.

Collaborative Data: Information and insights co-created by your team in the 'Living Culture OS" documentation.

Session Data: Our 1-on-1 calls and group workshop sessions may be recorded (audio and video) with your explicit consent. This is used solely to create your deliverables and support your team's integration.

Your information is used exclusively to provide, operate, and maintain our Services.

  • To assess your application and tailor "The Aligned Leadership Intensive" to your team's specific needs.
  • To communicate with you, schedule sessions, and send follow-up materials.
  • To process payments via professional invoicing.
  • To use AI-powered tools to assist in the synthesis of session transcripts for the sole purpose of creating your "'Living Culture OS'" and other deliverables.

5. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal or company information. Your information is shared only with trusted third-party service providers as necessary to provide our Services to you:

  • Google Drive: To confidentially store session recordings, transcripts, and your "Living Culture Document" for your team's private access.
  • AI Tools: To assist in the creation of your deliverables from session transcripts.

6. Data Storage, Security, and Confidentiality

Security: We take all reasonable measures to protect your information from unauthorized access or disclosure.

Confidentiality: All 1-on-1 sessions are held in strict confidence. For group workshops, we establish a clear and binding confidentiality agreement among all Participants at the start of the session. However, we cannot be held liable for any breach of confidentiality by a workshop Participant.

Retention: We retain your information for the duration of our engagement. All session recordings and raw data can be permanently deleted from our systems upon your request at the conclusion of our work together.

7. Your Data Rights
