The guidelines below are set to create a stable and safe container that holds the transformative power for our work together with your leadership team. This work requires a level of dedication and commitment from you, the Client, and all participating executives. At times, individual and collective resistance will arise; our shared goal is to learn to meet and transcend these challenges together.
The services provided by Kjartan Rumpsfeld ("Consultant") constitute executive coaching, leadership development, and culture facilitation for the purposes of professional development. The Consultant is trauma-informed and utilizes various frameworks, including a certification in Kiloby Inquiries (K.I.), a somatic inquiry tool, to facilitate this work solely within a coaching and professional development context.
This work is not therapy, psychotherapy, or any form of licensed mental health treatment. The Consultant is not a licensed medical doctor, psychologist, or therapist. The Services provided do not diagnose or treat any mental or physical health condition. It is the sole responsibility of any participating employee who suspects they may have a diagnosable condition to seek and continue care from a licensed professional. The Client is responsible for ensuring its employees understand this distinction.
You, the Client company, and your participating employees are fully and solely responsible for all decisions and actions taken during and after our work together. The Consultant makes no guarantees regarding specific business outcomes, revenue targets, or cultural shifts, as these results are dependent on the Client's commitment, readiness, and implementation.
All communications between the Consultant and individual participants during 1-on-1 sessions are held in strict confidence. In group settings, while the Consultant will establish a clear agreement of confidentiality, the Consultant cannot be held liable for any breach of confidentiality by a workshop participant. All session recordings and synthesized documents are stored securely and handled with the utmost discretion.
The final "Living Culture OS" and any other custom materials delivered to the Client are for the Client's internal use only. All underlying methodologies, frameworks, tools, and concepts used by the Consultant are the exclusive intellectual property of the Consultant and may not be reproduced or distributed without written consent.
Investment: All fees are to be paid according to the schedule outlined in the signed proposal. Payment of the initial invoice constitutes full acceptance of these Terms.
Scheduling & Rescheduling: To honor the time set aside, any request to reschedule the full-day intensive must be made at least 14 days in advance. Individual and follow-up calls require 48 hours' notice. Sessions rescheduled with less notice may be forfeited.
Refunds: Once the engagement has begun, all payments are non-refundable.
By engaging in services with Kjartan Rumpsfeld, the Client acknowledges that it has read, understood, and agrees to be bound by the terms and disclaimers outlined above.
